how to make a corporate disco booking
To make a booking you may pay your deposit of £50 0r £75 online from the link on the quote, or you may arrange to pay by cheque. The full amount may also be paid. (see below : How to Pay).
how we select your DJ
When a booking is made, we take your requests as regards to style and other elements into account and then use these to select the DJ for your event, and the DJ is then reserved. When your deposit is paid, we send your company or business an email confirming your corporate disco booking, and you email us back to accept. A contract is then drawn up.
the contract
The contract with the DJ describes all the services on offer, confirms times, the date, payment and so forth. This contract is an extremely important document and should be exchanged with the DJ as soon as it is issued. At MantraSound we consider the contract to be fundamental to your booking, not least because it contains the contact details of your DJ.
the playlist
The playlist service is very important if you want to have some control over your music styles. Ideally, a playlist of favourite tracks or styles, or items that are definitely not required should be included with your contract when it goes to the DJ. If not, it can be emailed to him/her up to two weeks before the event. The playlist is not obligatory, but many company organisers find it useful.
how to pay
Payment of the deposit is generally made online by credit card or Paypal online from the link offered on your quote. You may also send us a cheque - just reply by email requesting a cheque payment and we will send you details.
Some businesses prefer to make one payment only. In this case we are happy to take a payment for the full amount and send on the DJ fee directly to the DJ. If the full amount is paid by credit card there is a service charge of approximately £5 to cover costs.
Deposit payments are made strictly in advance of the event, with the balance payable on the night or before. Payments made subsequent to the event are only acceptable by prior arrangement with selected Public Bodies.
Regular bookings
If we have a regular corporate disco or karaoke booking with you we are happy to make a discount on our booking fee, depending on the frequency and similarity of your bookings. Please contact us for details.
