This email will tell you if your corporate party or private function can be covered, will give a good general description of the karaoke services available, and will provide a quote and a link by which you can pay your booking fee, usually of £50 or £75.

how we select your corporate karaoke or wedding DJ
When your deposit is paid, we send your company or business an email confirming your corporate karaoke booking, and you email us back to accept. At this point, MantraSound endeavours to select the most suitable organiser for your karaoke or disco karaoke, based on geographical and style factors.The karaoke DJ is then reserved. A contract is then produced and emailed out to you.
the contract
The contract with the karaoke DJ describes all the services on offer, confirms times, the date, payment and so forth. This contract is an extremely important document and should be exchanged with the karaoke organiser as soon as it is issued. The contract, which is between you and the karaopke DJ is crucial to your booking, particularly as it contains the contact details of your DJ.
the playlist
The playlist service is very important if you want to have some control over your music styles. This should ideally be a list of eras and styles preferred, and can besent to the DJ with the contract or mailed or emailed to him/her up to two weeks before the event. The playlist is not obligatory, but many company organisers find it useful.
how to pay
Payment of the deposit is generally made online by credit card or Paypal online from the link offered on your quote. You may also send us a cheque - just reply by email requesting a cheque payment and we will send you details.
Some businesses prefer to make one payment only.
In this case we are happy to take a payment for the full amount and send on the DJ fee directly to the DJ. If the full amount is paid by credit card there is a service charge of approximately £5 to cover costs.
Deposit payments are made strictly in advance of the event, with the balance payable on the night or before. Payments made subsequent to the event are only acceptable by prior arrangement with selected Public Bodies.

If we have a regular corporate karaoke or karaoke booking with you we are happy to make a karaokeunt, depending on the frequency and similarity of your bookings. Please contact us for details.
